Complete your profile
- A clear profile photo of your face. People trust people they can see.
- A short description: what you do best, how long you've done it, and the areas you cover.
- Your price range. Customers skip profiles with no idea of cost.
- Your work location, so you show up in "near me" searches.
Show your work
Add at least three clear photos of finished jobs. Take them in daylight, step back so the whole job is in the frame, and write a caption saying what the job was. Before-and-after pairs are especially convincing. Only upload your own work: copied photos are removed.
Get verified
The verified badge tells customers we've checked you. Verified artisans get more trust and more calls.
Reply quickly
Customers often hire the first good reply. Turn on notifications and answer requests and messages the same day, even if it's just to say when you can come.
Win jobs on the job board
Check Requests → Job board every day. When you quote, explain what your price covers, how long it will take and when you can start. Clear, honest quotes beat the cheapest number.
Ask for reviews
After a job, ask the customer to mark it complete and leave a review in the app. Good reviews move you up in search.
